I had a good stay at Laura House. the location was so central and made it easy to explore Hanoi. My room was small but quite comfortable, equipped with a big bed and a wardrobe. Service was really good, as Laura was always ready to help me with anything I needed, from sending parcels to offering great advice. However, I did encounter a minor issue with an initial booking cancellation that left me scrambling to find another place, which was quite stressful.
